Core Personnel is currently seeking a on site recruiter to assist our Austin division team working Monday - Friday (weekends when needed)

• EMPLOYEE’S RESPONSIBILITIES: Conducting intake meetings with clients to agree on qualification criteria for candidates; publishing job ads on career pages, job boards, and social media; sourcing and contacting candidates online (e.g. via LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, TWC, etc.); networking with candidates during job fairs; screening resumes and job applications; performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates; updating clients on hiring status, preparing candidates for client interviews; completing reports on employment activity; conducting exit interviews; creating talent pipelines; interacting with clients; and keeping detailed records of applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations;.
