Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for calling on dentists and dental labs in a specific geographic territory to collect precious metal scrap for refining. Your day-to-day activities will include promoting Core Scientific through daily on-site visits to dental practices and labs, as well as participating in trade shows and industry events within your assigned territory. You will need to maintain a current and competent level of knowledge on the refining and dental industries and be a reliable source of information to dental professionals in the territory. As an independent business person, you will
receive full training and support from our experienced management team and technical staff to help you achieve your goals.

Training: We provide sales training, sales management support and guidance, CRM access, and much more. If selected for the position, you will be trained in both the refining and dental industries. Upon completion of your training, you will have the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully interact with dental professionals and close new business.

Experience: The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in an outside business-to-business sales environment with a proven track record of success. Experience in the healthcare industry involving interaction with dental professionals is preferred.

• Team-oriented mentality, but a thirst to compete to be the most valuable player Ability to build rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with prospects (i.e. dental labs, dentists, and office staff) at all levels, demonstrating an awareness of their needs and responding with the appropriate action
• Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting toward meeting established objectives
• Highly effective organizational skills and familiarity with the geography of the territory
• Computer skills; Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Elite communication skills; written, oral, and presentation
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Compensation: We are committed to investing in our Account Executives to ensure their success. Sales territories are designed to provide the opportunity to earn well into six figures, and we expect our salespeople to achieve that level of income within 12-24 months

Education: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but we will consider all applicants with a strong background in a related field.
