JOB DESCRIPTION
Boutique engineering services and automated equipment manufacturer, currently ten people. Owner just sold company to a private equity company. Plan on hiring 3 engineers this month and 5 more by end of first quarter. Hired very first salesperson last week, owner did sales Friday afternoon before. Will also make equipment for all 30 of the private equity company's manufacturing holdings. This company is poised to expand rapidly over the next two years. Reports to President/former owner with heavy interface on projects with the PE CFO. Primary finance and accounting person in the company. We would look at a good accountant, but will personally do payroll, AR, AP, GL, close the books, financial reporting, cash flow analysis, minimal cost accounting.
