We’re searching for a real estate assistant with a can-do and do-more attitude to assist with administration, marketing, scheduling, calendar management, project management, social media management and more. Real estate license and ability to do real estate showings is a plus Part-time or full-time may be possible. We hire slowly, but for the right fit, this is an amazing opportunity to work with an amazing team and learn the real estate business. Responsibilities: • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings • Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration • Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary • Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the neighborhood • Comply with tax withholding processes and legal requirements Qualifications: • Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High school diploma or equivalent required • Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems • Available evenings and weekends Compensation: $12 - $20 hourly
