Job Summary
Core Vision is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! Core Vision specializes in representing our clients by providing exceptional customer retention and acquisition. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our clients. The ideal candidate is friendly, tech savvy, and is able to remain calm under pressure.
The Customer Service Representative will receive personalized hands-on training to be able to handle every type of task. Once these skills are acquired you will have the opportunity to train and develop others as well. We are looking to cross and train and develop the right individual in other phases of the company as well.
Responsibilities
Identify the reason for the customer’s visit, collect relevant information and provide solutions
Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
Document all customer interactions
Meet personal and team quotas
Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative with suggestive sales.
Comfortable using Android devices
Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening techniques
Ability to work well under pressure
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
