Core Vision is a growing company which is expanding its expertise in VIRTUAL CALL CENTERS. We are looking to fill work from home positions to help companies with their MEDICAL BILLING, TECH SUPPORT AND CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS. We are a direct hire and all training is provided ONLINE!
Our Remote Customer Assistant will be able to provide exceptional customer support in order to MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS AND INCREASES OVERALL TRUST AND SATISFACTION. You will be the primary resource for members regarding their current benefit plans. Member services include LA CARE, UNITED HEALTHCARE, HUMANA. Candidate will be able to answers to questions such as "What does my plan cover? Is this procedure covered? How does my plan work?"
You will have the opportunity to truly make a difference in people’s lives! Experience in INBOUND AND OUTBOUND is preferred. FOR QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WE MAY PROVIDE A DESKTOP COMPUTER. We also provide training if you are new to call center given that you have:
