Job Summary
We are seeking a Community Service Representative to join our team. In this role, we interact directly with the community to run and host events for community outreach programs. Our CSR will help assist the community in joining free government assistance programs. You will need communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, Android savvy, and is able to remain calm under pressure. We are not in the business of micromanaging, therefore we are seeking individuals that are capable of self management and organization. Due to the impact we have been making this year there are a number of leadership opportunities open as well.
Responsibilities
Collect relevant information and provide solutions
Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
Meet team and personal accomplishments
Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
Comfortable using Android devices and online software
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative is preferred
Excellent Verbal communication skills
Understanding of active listening techniques
Ability to work well under pressure
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize daily responsibilities and manage time effectively
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $45,800.00 - $62,400.00 per year
