Responsible for cleaning, beautification, and upkeep of company grounds and facilities.
Required Skills
- Perform yard work including grass mowing, edging, trimming, soil moving and/or digging, planting and transplanting and care of lawns and gardens.
- Will assist on craft type jobs as an aide.
- Must move heavy materials, equipment, and office furniture while safely using hand and powered equipment.
- Must clean offices, break areas, restrooms, production areas and grounds.
- Must operate and care for all cleaning equipment, including pressure washer, power vacuums and scrubbers to clean walls, floors, ceilings, equipment and furnishings.
- Must use floor sander and finishing equipment and chemical cleaners and waxes.
- Maintain a safe and effective work area/environment and use appropriate personal protective, and safety equipment.
- Must be able to follow written and oral instructions with little supervision.
Required Experience
Local travel when required.
Minimum qualifications: High School diploma or GED.
0-2 years of experience in custodial, grounds, or building maintenance.

· Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
· Ability to use equipment and supplies such as yard equipment, brooms, mops, buckets and other related tools and use appropriately
· Work may be performed in elevated positions from ladders, platforms, scaffolding and other structures.
· May be required to work in pits, excavations and in cramped, awkward and inconvenient positions.
· Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
