Key Responsibilities:

· Manage paper inventory at the mill and Gunville warehouse.

Ø Responsible for physical inventories and financial/Audit follow-ups

Ø Analysis and disposition of aging, unassigned and salvage inventory

Ø Maintain master roll inventory target levels and report usage

Ø Return roll tracking, record keeping, reporting and dispositioning.

· Mill inventory transactions as required

· Managing needs to fill orders from inventory at Gunville warehouse with shipment planner

· Investigate, make necessary inventory adjustments and document shipping errors

· Manage rewinder schedules for efficient operation

Ø Create runs for shorted orders and add to schedules

Ø Release PR’s to rewinder shcedules

Ø Work with Transportation coordinator to prioritize rewinder schedules

· Build and utilize Excel spreadsheets for data analysis and historical reference

· Month end reporting

· Participate in weekend coverage requirements

· Participate in vacation coverage for other logistics group members
