CoreLend Financial is part of 6amCC’s portfolio and is dedicated to helping investors expand their property portfolios. We are a private lender and provide financing for fix and flip properties, by and hold, and ground-up construction. We offer bridge loans and transactional funding to qualified borrowers as well.

We are looking for a Loan Coordinator to join our team!

DAILY TASKS & JOB DUTIES:

WILL PROCESS VARIOUS INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTS TO INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Loan Applications
• Loan Originations
• Draw Requests
• Payoff Requests

UNDERWRITING SUPPORT TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

• Verification of all submitted information from any applicant

• Coordination of additional information such as brokerage comps, construction/renovation bids, and appraisals

LOAN ORIGINATION SUPPORT TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

• Coordination with the borrower, title company, attorney, and bank

LOAN SERVICING TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

• Processing and depositing of all payments
• Late payment tracking and escalation

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• ANALYTICAL THINKER – Will be responsible for reviewing applicant files and looking for relevant information.
• APTITUDE FOR FINANCE – This job involves analyzing the finances of applicants applying for credit and supporting the accounting team with routine entries. The ability to read financial statements and understand accounting principles is necessary for this role.
• COMPUTER PROFICIENCY – A primary aspect of this job will include working with various accounting and loan processing software. The need for strong Microsoft Office/Excel experience is also a must.
• INTERPERSONAL SKILLS – Must work comfortably with people from all different backgrounds, guiding them through the loan application process and providing them with information as needed. Excellent communication skills are required.
• EXTREMELY ORGANIZED – Will handle a large volume of deals that each contain many documents and payments. Staying organized is critical.
