Trustmark Health Benefits is seeking a CLIENT MANAGER for our Central Region that will work out of the Charlotte NC location. The Client Manager is responsible for the overall relationship with the client, from implementation, everyday problem resolution through renewal activities. The Client Manager will work directly with sales executives and client coordinators to support and service between 12 – 20 groups of clients between $50,000 - $250,000 ANR. They maintain senior management level contact with Benefits, Human Resources, and the financial staff of the client. The Client Manager is also responsible for the service delivery of Trustmark Health Benefits products and services that ensure client satisfaction.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Responsible for the ongoing day-to-day involvement with assigned clients, including but not limited to:
Problem solving/issue resolution
Personal contact with the clients – phone calls, visits, etc.
Creates, analyzes and presents reporting packages
Coordinating and presenting renewals, claim reviews, with appropriate follow-through
Presenting relevant industry, corporate, etc. issues to client
Completes Client Action Plans
Recommends appropriate upsales and approach
Assumes primary responsibility for implementation of new business in close collaboration with implementation manager, including but not limited to:
Directs and oversees stop loss renewal with Sales Coordinator/Underwriter
Other duties as needed/assigned
