JOB DESCRIPTION:

THIS IS A TOTALLY REMOTE POSITION, 6 MONTHS – PART TIME (25-32 HRS/WK)

• The Talent Insights Analyst will provide accurate and timely data reporting and analysis from HR systems to provide meaningful metrics, insights, and recommendations.
• Responsibilities:
• Provide support of HR related analytic requests through consultation of HR stakeholders and production of relevant metrics and insights.
• Prepare structured and unstructured data for analysis, including data review, cleaning, and structuring
• Analyze data and prepare detailed and/or high-level story-driven reports dependent upon the intended audience.
• Design, build, and manage data visualizations in TABLEAU, MS POWER BI, AND/OR VISIER

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• 2+ YEARS' EXPERIENCE AS A DATA ANALYST OR IN A SIMILAR ANALYTIC ROLE
• Preferred, but not required, experience in Human Resources
• PROFICIENT IN TABLEAU, MS POWER BI, AND/OR VISIER
• Proficient in performing data analysis in Excel
• Proficient in MS Office suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS Teams
• Familiarity with WORKDAY reporting preferred
• BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN STATISTICS, ECONOMICS, DATA SCIENCE, ANALYTICS, OR EQUIVALENT
