Summer Internship: Real Work, Real Impact, Real Fun In Brighton/Boston Landing, be part of a company with a passion for transforming teams. At Corentus, we work with organizations to optimize their performance by transforming their teams. Our research and experience demonstrate that transforming teams requires a simultaneous focus on the Heart (the human dimension) and on Results (the performance dimension). Neither can flourish without the other. Through our integrated consulting, coaching, and development practices, we empower teams and the individuals who lead them to unlock their potential and drive lasting results. Over the summer we are looking to engage like-hearted and motivated individuals with a desire to work together and make a real difference. There are several roles you can engage in: Real Work, Real Impact Community Engagement Create a strategy and a plan to launch a community engagement program for Team Coaching professionals. This is a growing practice and a highly complex one. Practitioners in the field as well as those dipping their toes in the water are looking for support and camaraderie. Launch the program and engage the community in roles to maintain its vibrancy (including employees of Corentus). Online Learning System Assist in the identification of an online learning system for maximum engagement among the participants and our faculty. Over the years we have created over a hundred training modules in areas such as decision making, accountability, interpersonal communication, etc. We wish to share these with a much larger (global) audience in a fulfilling and practical way. Project Management Assist in creating the processes and set of protocols needed for effective project management needed as our business is quickly growing and current systems are not keeping pace. Instructional Design Assist in the creation of several prototypes of Team Development instructional materials for several specific market segments, including Higher Education, Corporate, Entrepreneurial Environments, Healthcare, etc. Real Fun At Corentus we practice what we preach as we approach our work and each other with heart. We are intensely motivated to grow the company and serve our clients as we see, everyday, the impact we have on the organizations, teams and individuals we serve. And, this spirit and passion expands into a joyful workplace. We have a pool, workout room, deck looking over Boston, conference room and a co-working space.
