Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Security Guard/Bouncer to join our team. Our ideal candidate is at least 21 years of age, a self-starter, motivated, and engaged and be able to work in an upscale, service-oriented environment. Bouncers are the first and last faces our patrons see. They are employed for the safety and security of all our guests and staff, and they work tirelessly to make sure the customers’ nights are fun and exciting. Bouncers play a key role in the operation of our entire business as a visible and powerful force for order. They also must operate as silent observers, monitoring the crowd for possible problems. This is a dynamic security role as you will be assisting with other front-of-house duties. The ideal candidate will also work shifts as Valet and have a great opportunity to make tips each shift. The likely shift on Friday and Saturdays would begin as Valet and transition into Security/Bouncer once dinner service is over. Further details provided at the in-person interview.

Responsibilities: • Greeting patrons and checking IDs • Bar backing and helping bus tables • Overseeing the safety of the restaurant • Assessing aggressive and intoxicated customers • Monitor patrons to ensure that they are not engaging in any suspicious or illegal activities • Check identification for age verification and ensure that only patrons of legal drinking age are allowed entry to the venue • Valet customer vehicles

Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • 1-2 years of experience • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations • Knowledge of the laws and regulations of the venue • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
