    Job Description: Clinic Manager for 2 Dental office's must have Dental experience Location: Cornelius Dental Clinic and Tualatin Family Dental

    Job Summery: The Clinic Manager provides general supervision of all business aspect to ensure smooth operations of the clinic/practice. You will support services to establish, sustain, and lead a succesful team that consistently meets and exceeds patient, practice, and the organization's expectations. This position is directly responsible for taking ownership of the practice and making strategic changes as well as for managing all production and collections to ensure the doctor, hygiene and organization are meeting or exceeding expectations. *You must be able to go to both clinics.

    Essential Functions:

    • Increases and stimulates new patient growth by supporting sales, marketing, and promotional programs.
    • Responsible for recruitment, training, on-boarding, team development, retentions, and performance management.
    • Communicates with office teams regularly to ensure they have the information, tools and support needed to perform their jobs effectively and successfully.
    • Understand the business responsibilities and key performance metrics for successfully managing multiple practices; forecast results; ensure all budget and production expectations are met or exceeded; ensure financial data and records are balanced; responsible for practice passing all financial audits.
    • Ensure that the organizations' expectations are met; strive for staff members' personal job satisfaction and fulfilled expectations.
    • Leads by example; exercise good team work; must have respect for team; partner with team to create an exceptional experience for patient.
    • Support organization's policies and procedures and ensure they are being followed in the practices and that desired results are attained. Ensure that the practices are in compliance with employment laws and any regulatory requirements as appropriate.
    • Continually build and nurture a positive working relationship with the doctors; lead monthly doctor meetings to maintain the organization's communications and allow doctors to address any concerns; anticipate/facilitate doctor needs.
    • Ensure bank deposits are protected and made timely according to established guidelines and protocols; monitor, protect and verify petty cash funds; follow HIPAA and organization's standards to protect patient data.
    • Support patient flow and maximize budgeted payroll hours be effectively scheduling staff; understand and effectively manage practice's managed care components (scheduling, fee schedules, collections, etc.).
    • Ensure that staff is trained timely and is knowledgeable on current processes, policies and the completion of forms. Hold self accountable for successful completion of project, job duties and all organization's deliverables.
    • Complete Continuing Education as required by the company for self and staff.
    • Complete and forward HR and payroll related documents accurately and times as required including new hire and terminations forms and all changes for employees.
    • Conduct regular staff meetings and daily a.m. huddles; seize opportunities to foster communication, provide organization and practice updates, share information, teach and continually challenge and develop staff.
    • Perform additional tasks as assigned to achieve practice/organization goals. Key Performance Indicators include but are not limited to:
    • Office Production
    • Office Collections
    • No show and cancellations 10% or less
    • 100% of follow-ups completed daily
    • Annual patient value QUALIFICATIONS:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
    • 5 years leadership/management experience with direct customer contact
    • 5-7 years in experience in a professional environment
    • 3-5 years Dental experience required
    • Eaglesoft experience preferred SALARY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE. BACK GROUND CHECK WILL BE PERFORMED.
