CornerStone’s Professional Placement Division has partnered with a prominent boutique bank in their search for Loan Closers. This is a Direct Hire position offering full benefits. The Loan Closer should have experience handling a heavy pipeline of loans; FHA, VA, Fannie, Conventional and USDA; reviewing title commitments and surveys, ordering initial disclosures, completeness of file and wire request sent to the title company. We are seeking candidates with a successful close rate; ensuring funds are charged collected and paid on all loans. The position will offer remote work options, especially during COVID. • 3+ years of loan closing experience
