JOB TITLE: Customer Service Specialist

PAY RATE: $16/hr. - $17/hr. BOE

LOCATION: Carmel, Indiana

DURATION: Temp to Hire! Build a CAREER!

SCHEDULE: MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR ALL 3 SHIFTS!

• Monday - Friday: 12:30PM - 9PM

• Monday - Friday: 11:30AM - 8PM

• Mon - Wed, Fri - Sat: 9AM - 5:30PM

JOB DUTIES:

• Updating database with insurance for various collateral

• Handle incoming borrower, agent, and lender calls

• Accurately compose written information for loan histories

• Accurately verify, key and/or memo insurance information in relation to all Creditor Placed insurance (CPI) product types and CPI cancels

• Ensures delivery of high quality and accurate customer service while maintaining solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism

• This position receives inbound calls and completes outbound calls or web inquiries to insurance companies to verify insurance

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ year(s) of customer service experience, call center preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required

• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities

• Dependable and reliable

• Ability to learn quickly

• High School Diploma
