JOB TITLE: Client Relations Specialist- Temp to hire!
LOCATION: Dallas, TX- 2 days in office per week, the rest work from home!
SALARY: $17-$19/hr- BOE
SCHEDULE: FULL-TIME, TYPICAL BUSINESS HOURS
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Working directly with Excel and customers billing
Handling a variety of customer service requests and questions via email and telephone
Working closely with customers and vendors
Developing relationships with existing clients as well as potential new clients
REQUIREMENTS:
MUST be Proficient with Excel- Pivot tables, formulas, sorting, filtering, etc.
Experience working in a clerical or administrative field with good job stability- NO MORE THAN 2 JOBS IN 5 YEARS.
Looking for candidates that think outside the box and take initiative and grasp concepts quickly
Self-starter
Proactive
Works well with direction and is flexible to learn new things
