JOB TITLE: Healthcare Call Center Representative
LOCATION: Frisco, TX - will be working on site.
PAY: $16.50/hr ($17.50/hr. once perm)

HOURS : Must be available to be work an 8 hour shift Mon-Fri between the hours of 8am-8pm.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Answer Questions and handle problem resolution on benefit, provider or claim issues
Averaging 80 to 100 calls per day
Follow up with members and providers as necessary
Process coverage changes and send out supporting documentation, as necessary
Other duties may be assigned as necessary
Ability to multitask
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ YEARS EXP. WITH MEDICAL INSURANCE, BENEFITS OR CLAIMS IN A CALL-CENTER ENVIRONMENT REQUIRED
Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
High school diploma required/college degree a plus
Excellent communication sills
Strong PC Skills - Word/Excel required
A desire to help people
Ability to adapt to communication style based on the caller's needs
Respond well in a stressful, dynamic environment
Flexible uses critical thinking skills and open to learning new ideas/skills
Temp player & Positive attitude
Professional Appearance
Typing Required: 35-40 WPM
