3-Mailroom Clerks (CARROLLTON/75006) ~ $14.50/hr

ENTRY LEVEL

MAILROOM CLERK SHIFT HOURS: 

FULL TIME

• SATURDAY to WEDNESDAY ~ 7AM-3:30PM

• Possible temp to hire

MAILROOM CLERK JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Operates Mail Extraction Equipment to group work into processible batches

• Operating a variety of scanning and mail sorting equipment

• Open envelopes, extract transactions, batch checks, invoice and coupons according to client instructions

• Perform basic level transaction sorting and decision-making

• Performs a quality review on all outgoing items including HIPAA clients and prepares outgoing packages for low/medium complexity remittance customers

MAILROOM CLERK REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 year stable warehouse experience

• Lifting up to 50lbs

• Standing on your feet for 8-12 hours

• Stooping, squatting, pushing and pulling

• HS Diploma/GED

MAILROOM CLERK WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Climate controlled

• Fast paced environment
