    JOB TITLE: CSR Agents - Work From Home

     

    LOCATION: LIVE NEAR DALLAS/FORTH WORTH METROPLEX ONLY ** WORK FROM HOME **

     

    PAY: $12.50/hr - $14.00/hr after training

    TRAINING: Paid Training!

     

    SCHEDULE: 40 hour work week! Must be flexible 7am to 11pm any day of the week. Consistent schedule with a weekend day off!

     

    JOB DETAILS:

    Customer Service Representatives will be assisting callers with questions, taking phone orders, and processing payments for beauty, cosmetics and skincare products.  

      

    QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

    • Prior experience in the call center- 6 months to 1 year exp. is a must

    • Prior cosmetology, esthetics, or skincare is highly preferred and helpful for the role!!

    • Must have own internet modem & Ethernet cable

    • Customer service attitude

    • Must be computer literate

    • 35 wpm typing

    • Preferred candidates will demonstrate passion for taking care of the customer & high energy level

    • HS Diploma or GED
