Job Title: Call Center Agent Location: Fort Worth, TX 76133 (On-site) Start Date: April 3rd 2023 Pay: $15/hr. Training Schedule: 8:30AM - 5PM (2 weeks) Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday with 1 day off during the week! Enjoy Sundays off! This client offers any of the shifts below: Monday - Friday Hours: * 8:30am - 5pm * 9:00am - 5:30pm * 10:00am - 6:30pm * 11:00am - 7:30pm * 2:00pm - 10:30pm Saturday Hours: * 9:00am - 5:30pm Responsibilities: * Conduct telephone surveys with an easy-to-follow script in order to determine customer satisfaction after recent healthcare visits. * Type out responses verbatim and enter ratings. * Complete additional data entry tasks as needed.
