CORNERSTONE STAFFING HAS PARTNERED WITH A MAJOR HOSPITAL IN THE TEMPLE, TX AREA HIRING HEALTHCARE CALL CENTER SPECIALISTS. IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE TECHNICAL SUPPORT EXPERIENCE AND A STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE BACKGROUND.

JOB TITLE: Healthcare Call Center Specialist

LOCATION: Temple, TX (Training onsite for 2-4 weeks, then transition to remote)

PAY: $16-17/hr

SCHEDULE: 40 hour work week between 7a-6p, Mon-Fri w/ possible weekends

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Healthcare Call Center Specialists will answer calls for the patient portal and provide basic technical assistance. Technical Support CCS will need to be able to:

• Reset password/username.

• Assist with registering patient portal account.

• Linking medical record, health plan, employee, and pharmacy accounts

• Navigating the patient portal with caller

• Trouble shoot problems callers experience with password, registration, navigation and account linkage issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have 1+ tech support/customer service experience

• Must have a stable work history - no job hoppers

• Healthcare experience is preferred

• Excellent and written communication skills resulting in positive communication

• Extreme attention to detail and the ability to prioritize activities

• Experience with using healthcare web-based applications - ability to work in a paperless environment

• Ability to work collaboratively with others

• Must have internet service with modem at home

• High school diploma or GED required
