Qualifications
- Progressive experience in warehouse and/or scheduling in the food industry.
- Extensive knowledge of data processing systems and terminology as they relate to warehousing and distribution.
- Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Budget preparation and staffing analysis experience.
- Knowledge of federal, state and county regulations.
- BS/BA in business administration or similar field or equivalent experience.
- Experience with HACCP/SSOP programs is preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Open and available to all production hours.
- Able to handle multiple priorities with competing deadlines.
- Possess proactive problem solving skills.
- Proficient use of PC including Excel, Power point and Word.
- Familiar with SAP, BOSS, EWM & MII.
