Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Corporate Marketing Manager to drive meaningful connections between our organization, our customers, and the communities we serve. This role is instrumental in enhancing our brand's reputation, driving engagement, and showcasing our commitment to social impact and industry leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of marketing expertise, project and event management, and a genuine passion for making a positive impact.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Corporate & Digital Marketing, this position leads collaborative, cross-functional project teams to define, design and implement exceptional customer experiences and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs from large annual projects to day-to-day support, ensuring seamless execution at all levels of the organization.
This is hybrid position out of our Cary, NC headquarters.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

Event Management
Designs and creates customer experiences that align with our brands’ value propositions
Executes national trade shows, customer hospitality and industry events; responsible for event strategy, content, flow, event management and budget
Develop strategies to generate leads, drive attendee engagement, and enhance brand awareness at trade shows and industry events
Supports the planning of national events, including the annual leadership meeting, and others as needed
Ensures customer programs and resources are well communicated to drive acquisition for new customers, and adoption/participation for existing customers
Facilitates cross-functional work required to deliver an extraordinary customer experience, by identifying, prioritizing, and leading assigned initiatives
Manages our voice of customer (VOC) platform as a system administrator
