JOB DETAILS

Base Pay: $18.00 per hour

Day Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM Monday - Friday

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedule service crews. Must match up tech ability to correct jobs to ensure that enough work is schedule for the crew that day
• If a lift is required, you must schedule a lift to be delivered. After the job is complete, you must make sure the lift is picked up timely
• Ensure that each service truck is loaded with the correct extra spare parts (locks, beading, screen frame)
• Help answer any questions the order takers have
• Answer any installer type questions from sales or service
• Enter all technician notes, make sure they are timely and accurate
• After your inside work has been completed, schedule yourself for local service
• Ensure service vehicles are maintained, cleaned, and ready for the road
• Ensure all crews have the necessary tools and are allocated responsibly
• Ensure proficient performance by techs (time and job completion)
• Ensure parts and pieces are ready for the jobs (work with Lealyn)
• Installation and service training for our customers

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Ability to carry out written or verbal instructions
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
• Preferably with experience in manufacturing
• Preferably with experience reading a tape measure
