    Job Description

    As the Demand Generation Manager at Cornerstone Building Brands - Aperture Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and executing demand generation strategies to drive Volume and Average Selling Point growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in B2B lead generation, performance marketing, digital advertising, and a proven track record of optimizing campaigns for success.

    This is a hybrid role, working at our corporate office in Cary, NC 3 days a week

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging various channels including digital marketing, content marketing, webinars, and more
    • Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end management of demand generation campaigns, ensuring alignment with target audience and business goals
    • Lead Generation: Implement lead generation programs to capture and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel, collaborating closely with Sales teams
    • Performance Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals, leveraging digital channels such as PPC, SEO, SEM, and social media
    • Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to measure and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize for key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Content Development: Work with the Marketing Communications team to create compelling and targeted content that resonates with the target audience and supports demand generation efforts
    • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure integrated and cohesive demand generation efforts
    • Budget Management: Effectively manage demand generation budgets, allocating resources to high-impact initiatives
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field required; MBA is a plus
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand generation or related marketing roles in a B2B environment
    • Proven success in developing and executing demand generation strategies that drive measurable results
    • Experience with AB testing and building a learning agenda
    • Experience developing and executing performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals, leveraging digital channels such as PPC, SEO, SEM, and social media
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
    • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
    • Experience working collaboratively with Sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals
    • Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google analytics, Digital Ads, Social Media Content analytics
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
    • Marketing experience in the building materials industry is a plus
    • Ability to work onsite at the Cary, NC office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
