    Job Description

    The Commercial Sales Manager is responsible for leading out on the delivery of strategic sales goals and projects for commercial and multi-family and leading a team of commercial sales representatives in driving new and repeat business with builders, owners and general contractors as well as other customers, leading to market growth and increased market share for our stone veneer and masonry installation projects. In addition, this role is tasked with supporting lead generation efforts from their team with national and regional builders to drive sales of adjacent exterior surfaces products. This role is responsible to the Director of Builder Channel Sales for driving sales and regional success, while championing sales strategies and initiatives.

    Ideally, this candidate would be located in the Cary NC, Denver CO, Philadelphia PA or surrounding areas.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Own the delivery of top-line revenue goals for the region, including new and repeat business with B2B clients such as builders of new residential (and commercial as needed) construction projects to sell our turn-key stone solutions products and services
    • Leads a team of builder sales representatives to drive YOY growth in new sales, new clients, and repeat business and developing plans to support entry into new markets. Responsible for the growth and development of the sales team members
    • Also leads territory sales reps in lead generation activities for adjacent products such as vinyl siding, metal/trim/injection molded products, fence/rail products, and other adjacent exterior products as directed. This will be done by leveraging relationships with home builders, architects, spec writers, etc. and connecting leads to the partnering sales team
    • Accountable to deliver on financial goals for the market including strategic objectives and projects, as well as drive safety and compliance within the market while accomplishing operational KPIs and metrics and ensuring the delivery of profitable sales​
    • Responsible for setting market directives in support of overall regional goals and strategy​ including development and training of reps to achieve high performance
    • Uphold a strong customer focus with the sales teams and demonstrate cross-functional leadership with national & commercial sales, order entry, estimating and installation leadership​
    • Demonstrate integrity, safety, and inclusion in their approach to work and leadership​, while fostering an individual and team mindset that supports continuous improvement, customer centricity, and interconnectedness with internal stakeholders
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred in sales, business, construction management or similar, or equivalent experience​
    • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership​
    • Experience managing sales teams
    • Ability to travel as required​
    • Solid financial acumen and budget management experience​
    • Experience in the new construction/remodel industry preferred​
    • Deep knowledge of the residential builder industry strongly preferred​
    • Strong Communication skills​
    • Sales skills and the ability to teach others
    • Ability to motivate a team to reach KPI and financial goals​
    • Team Leadership​
    • Solid computer skills including MS Office​
    • Ability to pick up new computer systems and software programs quickly​
    • Data analysis and reporting​
    • Ability to lead change and create solid culture

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000 to $130,000 + commission + car allowance + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
