Job Description

In-home caregiving services is one of the fastest growing industries in the United States. Cornerstone Caregiving provides in-home caregiving services to elderly individuals so that can remain in the dignity and comfort of their own homes. Our founder and leader in the industry, Michael Hillman, has a proven track record through starting and operating 50 homecare locations with over $100 million in homecare annual sales.

The Staffing Manager role will report to and assist the Operating Director in providing general administrative and operating support. The Staffing Manager will also be responsible for sharing on-call responsibilities with the Operating Director.

Staffing Manager Responsibilities

• Assist with incoming calls from prospective and current clients
• Screen and hire caregivers
• Managing the scheduling and hours of caregivers
• Assist the Operating Director in completing intake assessments for new clients
• Provide general operational and administrative support

Staffing Manager Requirements

• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to present in a clear and concise manner
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace
• Ability to split after-hours on-call requirements of the job with Operating Director
• Ability to problem solve and to make decisions quickly
• Strong ethics
• Ability to clear required background check
• High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $37,440.00 per year
