    We are currently seeking a membership advisor for Monday through Thursday 2-7pm and Saturday 9am-2pm.

    Cornerstone Clubs a dynamic health club with multiple locations in the Central Bucks County Community. We are seeking an outgoing and positive individual for our Warrington Membership Advisor Team. This is a part-time position. This position is 20-25 hours a week and has a generous hourly pay.     Role and Responsibilities (Cornerstone-Company Wide)

    Commitment to customer service excellence.

    Ability to work within a team and support co-workers and members in a positive and professional manner.

    Regular attendance for a scheduled shift; Be on time for a scheduled shift; Work until the end of a scheduled shift; If necessary, stay later than a scheduled shift to provide customer service excellence.

    Continually maintain communication (both verbal and written) with Director and other co-workers regarding the roles and responsibilities of your position. This includes keeping informed of Cornerstone communications, programs and policies.

    Responsible for the overall physical appearance and housekeeping of the Cornerstone Clubs so that our members and staff are in a clean and comfortable environment.

    This position description is not intended to be all-inclusive and it is understood that, as an employee of Cornerstone, I may also be asked to perform other duties as needed by my immediate supervisor or other members of the leadership team.

    Role and Responsibilities (Job Specific)

    Summary: Member service Level 1 personnel are responsible for servicing Cornerstone members in all membership based requests. The main mission of this role is to support our members and make their Cornerstone experience the best that it can be. The member services department will handle attaining and on-boarding new members and then service/process Change of Status requests. It is the responsibility of this position to engage with members, learn more about their fitness goals, and assist in meeting those goals. This position will also provide back up to Service Desk Associates when needed.

    Attaining and Onboarding New Members

    Includes but is not limited to: Receive all walk-in prospects and all telephone membership inquiries; Follow-Up with Prospects / Former Members via Specific Funnels/Channels such as Former Members who joined during current month and Member Referrals (Thank you calls, etc.)

    Service & Process Members Requests for Change of Status (in-house & incoming calls)

    Includes but is not limited to: Cancellations, Freeze / Un-Freeze Memberships, Activate / De-Activate (within Membership) and Retainer.

    Follow-up with Change of Status Members

    Includes but is not limited to: sending “Get Well” cards and following up with members on retainer

    Manage Comment Card System

    Includes but is not limited to : Gather comment cards from comment box; Address what can be addressed immediately; Enter all data into spreadsheet on G Drive; Scan and send copy to Comment Card to appropriate employees for follow up; Store scanned copy on g drive

    Back-up to Service/Reception Desk (during busy times)

    Includes but is not limited to: Answering phones; Checking in members; Enrolling members in classes or programs; Answering questions; etc.

    Follow Up With All Membership Inquiries

    Includes but is not limited to: Phone inquiry; Email inquiry; In-person inquiry and gives Tour/membership information to prospective members, etc.

    Prospect Outreach

    Reaching out to all prospects for members. This includes, but is not limited to: Contacting anyone who came in as a guest; calling former members; calling all potential member leads generated through other avenues, etc.

    New Membership

    For all new members, must consistently and accurately complete new member paperwork and payment information; Must schedule Wellness Appointment; Must perform follow up with new members including phone calls, face to face contact and insuring that the new members are utilizing Cornerstone programs and provide any other type of support to make new member’s time at Cornerstone more valuable.

    Cancellation

    Complete and verify all member cancellation paperwork and billing information; Complete a member ecit survey.

    Cornerstone Programs

    Have knowledge of Cornerstone programs, facilities, classes, workshops, programs and any additional services that illustrate the benefit of membership. This includes developing relationships with Cornerstone staff in order to learn about Cornerstone programs.

    Administrative Duties

    Insure that the processes, paperwork and computer information and follow up are consistently completed for every prospect, new member or membership status change. Complete all reports and document all member/prospect information in a timely and accurate manner. Must attain proficiency in Cornerstone sales programs or Cornerstone computer systems.

    Meetings: Attend staff/leadership meetings as requested

    Prospect Generation: Attend community functions as needed to promote and inform attendants about the benefit of membership/exercise and generate membership prospects. Work with Member Services Director and Marketing to develop programs and marketing materials to generate membership prospects.

    Membership Goals: Work with Member Services Director to create sales plans/forecasts.

    Membership and Retention Plans: Work with Member Services Director to create promotional programs/materials and membership campaigns to reach monthly and yearly membership goals. Assist Member Services Director with executing these membership programs and membership campaigns.

    Any other duties as assigned.

    **Needs to have flexible schedule to work some days, some evenings and rotating weekends to fulfill duties of position and the needs of Cornerstone members. Cornerstone is open to the public seven days a week.
