    Cornerstone Clubs: We are a dynamic health club with multiple locations in the Central Bucks County Community. We are seeking an outgoing and positive individual to work as a Member Services Associate (Front Desk) at our Warrington location.

    We are looking for part-time Member Service Associates. We have different shifts available. We have day shifts. We have evening shifts. *However, must be able to work rotating weekend shifts. Please do not apply if you cannot work weekends.

    This is a part-time, hourly position. This is a year round position and is not just for the summer!

    **Position is on Rt. 611 between Street Road and Bristol Road.

    Job Description: Includes but is not limited to:

    Greeting members in a friendly manner and answering any questions about membership or classes

    Must be reliable and on time.

    Answering telephones

    In-processing members and accurately entering information into the computer system

    Must be able to multi-task (this is a large part of the job) and maintain a positive customer service attitude at all times

    Must have working knowledge of computers

    Must be able to complete membership paperwork in a timely manner with accurate information.

    Attention to detail, especially on paperwork and entering information into the computer system

    Any other tasks as needed including sweeping floors, keeping areas neat, making follow-up calls to members and prospective members, reports, filing, etc.

    Requirements: Strong communication skills both on the phone and in person. Must be able to multi-task which includes, but is not limited to, answering phones, checking in members, fielding questions about classes, handing out towels, conduct financial transactions, etc. Must have a commitment to customer service with a "can do" attitude.

    Physical Requirements: Stand entire shift (from 4-6 hours per day). Bending, stooping, climbing, squatting and reaching below knees and overhead for up to 2 hours per shift.
