We are looking for an Accounting and Finance Manager. This is a full-time, in office, salaried position. It is a hands on self-directed role combining accounting functions, finance functions, payroll functions, management of staff, and all monetary functions of the company.

Role and Responsibilities

Manage finances/accounting functions for all Cornerstone entities:

Payroll

AR/AP

Daily cash reconcilement

Cash Flow Management

Monthly closing and reporting (cash and accrual basis)

Financial statements and KPI’s

Annual year end reporting -including budget preparation

Benefit management including renewals and reporting

Business insurance management (liability and WC)

Meet monthly with CFO

Interact with senior management regularly

Manage small staff – related to payroll and procurement

Related duties/requests as needed

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field i.e. Accounting, Finance, or similar

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping. experience in QuickBooks, excel, payroll, (ADP workforce now and running ADP reports a plus)

Independent self-starter, detail oriented

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multi-task, work independently and with a team and perform detail-oriented functions

Professional and enthusiastic attitude. Must have a commitment towards customer service excellence and an ownership pride in what you do.

Must be able to attend meetings at multiple clubs when necessary
