Cornerstone Credit Services, a local Alaskan employee-owned company, is looking for confident, outgoing, well spoken individuals for FULL TIME, regular positions in our busy, high energy Call Center! We offer a professional office environment, a GREAT commission structure, and a friendly, upbeat team to work with.

Core work schedule is full time, Monday - Friday (NO weekends!), 40 hrs/week. Our office environment is business casual with telephone and face-to-face customer interaction, so a professional presentation is required. Hourly pay plus commission, extensive training, positive team-environment, and benefits including paid vacation, paid sick time, medical coverage, 401k and employee stock.

Professional Call Center Representatives ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING CONSUMERS TO DETERMINE THE REASON FOR PAYMENT DELINQUENCY AND NEGOTIATING PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS OR PAYMENT IN FULL WHERE POSSIBLE. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE AND ARE NOT LIMITED TO: handling a large daily schedule of outbound and inbound phone calls; sending invoices, documentation and statements to consumers; and resolving problems; negotiating payment commitments; utilizing computerized systems for tracking and information-gathering; and maintaining knowledge of Federal, State and Local regulations regarding the position.

Must have high school diploma or GED and be 18 years of age or older; must be dependable and able to work 40 hrs/week, Mon - Fri, 8am to 5pm with the possibility of an adjusted schedule when necessary.
