    SynchronyHR, a locally owned Professional Employer Organization (PEO) is growing and we are looking for a motivated, energetic and enthusiastic Human Resource professional to join our team! SynchronyHR is a strategic partner providing comprehensive outsourced HR solutions to its clients; allowing clients to focus on operational success and growth.

    This role is a key client business partner responsible for support of Human Resource, Recruiting, Training, Unemployment and other client offerings; developing innovative solutions, programs, policies and procedures that ensure legal compliance and alignment with and/or support for client needs.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Proactive strategic partner within the PEO and Client relationship with responsibilities within the following key areas:

    • Human Resources Consultation
    • Employee Recruitment & Retention
    • Training & Development
    • Handbook and Job Description development and maintenance
    • Unemployment Claims Management
    • Compensation Analysis
    • Human Resource Records Management
    • Human Resource Information Systems support

    • Competency with computers, including Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) and Human Resource Information Systems.

    • Excellent follow-up skills on own projects and on deliverables to completion.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources. Certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP). Five years of relevant prior HR experience preferred.
