A 75% bonus in the first year is available for both experienced and inexperienced reps who meet the qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide Financial Planning Support to clients
• Prepare financial plans and check their accuracy
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Offer expertise to fellow Financial Advisors
• Maintain appropriate licenses and continuing education requirements

Qualifications

• Strong market development and networking skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined and goal-oriented
• A strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communicator with demonstrated success in building new relationships
• Exhibits a commitment to professionalism, honestly and a strong work ethic
• BA, BS, and/or graduate degree or equivalent work experience
• Sales experience ideal
• Financial Industry or insurance experience not required
• FINRA Series 6, 63, and 7 a plus, not required
• Wealth Management experience a plus
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident only
