    Job Description

    Cornerstone First Mortgage is looking for a Salesforce Administrator. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our database.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • The person will join a team of system administrators for the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and NEW implementation of Marketing Cloud
    • Handle all basic administrative functions, including user account set-up maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
    • Manages all new user provisioning by roles, profiles, and permission sets, single sign-on for Salesforce and other applications
    • Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests with our Salesforce Implementation partner
    • Establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
    • Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors, and the application development teams
    • Manage and work production support tickets to resolve employee and client issues
    • Assist in creating training materials and conducting remote training
    • Assist in testing pre and post-implementation of new functionality

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • At least one-two years of Salesforce administration experience
    • Mortgage Originations/Sales knowledge preferred
    • Experience with Salesforce custom reports and dashboards
    • Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
    • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
    • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
    • Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills for all levels of the organization
    • Self-directed learning, problem-solving, and researching of system issues
