Job Description

The Mortgage Loan Processing Lead supervises a team of loan processors to ensure that new mortgage loan packages are processed and completed according to established policies and procedures. REMOTE OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Working closely with the LO/LOA /Underwriters
• Lead and mentor team of Corporate and Branch LoanProcessors, assigned both onsite and remote
• Manage pipeline for distribution of loans and ensureworkloads are adjusted as needed
• Review files before assigning to LP to ensure InitialDisclosures are signed and Submission Notes are enteredfor LP
• Ensure LP’s are submitting loans within given turntimes
• Provide daily support to LP
• Handle weekly pipeline reviews with LP
• Monitor loan submissions for accuracy as needed for quality
• Ensure LP’s have their COE dates up to date
• Cover LP pipeline as needed
• Handle Zen Desk requests
• Other duties as assigned
• Escalate any issues to Processing Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of mortgage processing experience
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under stringent timelines
• Detail oriented and strong verbal / written communication skills
