Job Description

The Account Representative will answer questions regarding programs, structuring and monitoring of loans. The Account Representative will work with mortgage support staff to ensure timely response to member inquires, and ensure a standard of service excellence. REMOTE OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Answers inbound and outbound calls for new and existing customers
• Examines customer problems and implements appropriate corrective action to respond to customer requests
• Escalates queries/requests for action as appropriate to supervisor or applicable department for immediate action
• Maintains product knowledge to assist with customer questions and to overcome any objections

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications
• Strong listening skills to overcome customer objections
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are essential along with strong presentation skills
