WHERE YOU COME IN: We're a great company with great people, and we're looking for an experienced Front End Analyst, who will bring enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a servant heart to our team of top-tier mortgage professionals. This professional will work in a tight-knit, goal-oriented team.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR…

We are seeking an experienced Front End Analyst with strong time management skills, organization, good work ethic, and flexibility. In addition, you’ll need the following qualifications:

TASKS WILL INCLUDE:

• Analyzing income  
• Evaluating application information and documentation (income, credit, assets)
• Running files through automated system once calculations are completed
• Looking through guidelines based on loan type and investor.   
• Updates team once calculations are completed on best way to structure files
• Helps team by answering questions on guidelines and specific files

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL…

Success in this job relies on your time management skills, organization, and positive attitude. This professional will greet customers at the office, take care of scheduling, answer phones, and assist with lite mortgage related tasks. In addition, you’ll need the following qualifications:

• No mortgage experience required, but strongly preferred mortgage or banking background
• Must have great customer service and friendly greeting for our customers at the office
• Strong MS Office Suite
• Strong analytical skills
• Works well in a team-oriented environment
• Strong Communication skills
