Job Title: Cornerstone Implementation Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Cornerstone Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of Cornerstone OnDemand solutions tailored to meet client needs. Your expertise will guide clients through the entire implementation process, ensuring efficient and effective adoption of the platform. This position requires a strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach, exceptional project management skills, and a deep understanding of HR and talent management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.
• Design and configure Cornerstone OnDemand solutions to align with client needs.
• Lead and manage comprehensive implementation projects from inception to completion.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices and innovative approaches to leverage Cornerstone capabilities.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to enable client teams and ensure smooth transition.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation process.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical and support teams, to deliver seamless project execution.
• Document and communicate project progress, milestones, and deliverables effectively to all stakeholders.

Qualifications: **** ****

• 2+ years hands-on experience with Cornerstone OnDemand implementations (minimum one full lifecycle implementation).
• Strong understanding of one or more CSOD modules: Learn, Performance, Succession, Recruiting, or Content.
• Proven ability to facilitate discovery sessions and translate business requirements into system design.
• Experience configuring workflows, user types, organizational units, security, and reporting within CSOD.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with data migration, system integrations, and API concepts.
• Consulting or professional services background.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or related field.
