Our ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in our fast-paced team-oriented environment where our patients come first.

Call Center Medical Assistants are responsible for receiving calls in a high volume call center environment, with primary job duties communicating with our patients in making appointments, talking clinical messages, delivering clinical messages and results, as well as basic triage and telephonic health screenings. Health oriented call center experience is preferred.

Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.

Team work and interpersonal skills are very important and all candidates must complete a thorough interview process, background investigation, as well as a screening for illegal drugs. Salary is based on education and training.
