Hours of Position:
Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
One hour lunch to be taken by 2:00 pm (unless approved).
Purpose:
To provide oversight for the front desk and attempt to ensure every patient has a pleasant experience while being serviced at our office.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and oversee the Chiropractic Assistants and Medical Assistants in completing clerical duties for the clinic and ensuring they are on task and following company protocols and policies.
They train the front desk team and will provide guidance on effective ways to complete various front desk tasks.
They often work at the front of the office, greeting patients as they arrive and making sure the area is clean, orderly and sanitized for the day.
Provide oversight of the business office and receive the in coming new patients. Ensure patients are assigned attorneys as needed and insurance is verified.
Delegate responsibilities to ensure the schedule is covered.
Ensure the assistants are maintaining a balanced appointment schedule for the doctors and completing missed visit follow ups. (Daily goal is to ensure there are patients on the books to be seen and no patient goes untouched.)
