Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations.

We are a small business coordinating with nonprofit healthcare organizations across the country to provide Chiropractic care. Our mission is straight forward, to assure that no one is unable to receive this vital care, regardless of their ability to pay.

This role can be performed remotely, Monday through Friday, most of the time.  Some traveling will be required to meet with Territory Managers and do on-site visits to assure that operations are being carried out as required.  In other cases, you will help launch new programs and will be required to do initial on-site visits. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and improve operational practices
• Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
• Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
• Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams
• Attend several conferences to meet with prospective clients
• Supervise Territory Managers

• Previous experience in operations or other related fields
• Strong project management skills
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Experience in healthcare a plus!
