    Position Description: Course Instructors and Course Developers Position Title: Course Instructors and Course Developers Location: Redstone Arsenal, AL Company: Cornerstone Signals & Cyber Technologies LLC

    Overview: Cornerstone Signals & Cyber Technologies LLC is seeking experienced Course Instructors and Course Developers to provide curriculum development and classroom instruction support to the Headquarters, Army Materiel Command (HQ AMC) at Redstone Arsenal, AL. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing and instructing a residential academic course designed to equip Military Officers (Colonels and Lieutenant Colonels) and Senior Department of the Army Civilians (GS-14/15) with the skills and knowledge necessary to lead and manage an Organic Industrial Base (OIB) facility.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and instruct a 2-week resident session of the OIB Leadership Course (OIB-LC), to be conducted three times per year for up to 30 students per course.

    Design and implement a curriculum that integrates leadership, development, and management concepts through a combination of traditional classroom settings, online learning, business study tours, and corporate benchmarking visits.

    Focus on key aspects of planning, resourcing, synchronizing, and integrating materiel maintenance, production, storage, distribution, and supply chain management.

    Apply lean practices within both manufacturing and remanufacturing environments.

    Collaborate with commercial activities and defense industry partners to support government-directed objectives.

    Develop a business plan to operate under a cost, schedule, and performance framework.

    Emphasize the importance of recruiting, developing, and sustaining a highly capable, mission-focused government workforce.

    Requirements:

    Active Secret Security Clearance.

    Bachelor’s Degree minimum.

    Proficiency in MS Office programs including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

    Knowledge of applicable regulations and doctrine regarding training in Leadership, Logistics, Business, or Management.

    Superior written and verbal communication skills.

    Ability to accomplish tasks with minimal guidance.

    Minimum of five (5) years of specific experience in teaching and developing course materials for military training programs similar to the curriculum requested.

    Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in one of the four disciplines (Leadership, Logistics, Business, or Management).

    DAWIA Level II/III Life Cycle Logistics certification with five (5) years of demonstrated performance of Industrial Base Facility Control Management in the commercial sector or government equivalent (may be substituted).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience in industrial organic management.

    Understanding of the National Defense Strategy and Army Planning Guidance.

    Familiarity with the Depot and Arsenal Executive Leadership Program (DAELP).
