    Cornerstone is actively seeking experienced HUMINT Counterintelligence (CI) analysts to contribute to the mission of the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI). We are looking for highly motivated individuals capable of multitasking, with a minimum of 10 years of field experience. Analysts will be assigned to ONI with limited travel, primarily supporting ONI's global mission.

    Our HUMINTCI analysts will play a crucial role in securing a decisive information advantage over potential adversaries by collecting, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence swiftly to the Intelligence Community (IC).

    Responsibilities:

    Directing, managing, and executing HUMINT CI activities globally to prevent strategic surprises against the United States and its allies.

    Contributing to ONI's global mission and supporting its objectives.

    Ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications:

    Experience with Joint Personnel Recovery Agency (JPRA), with a focus on repatriation of US personnel.

    Graduate of the legacy Joint Operations Support Basic and Advanced Courses, or equivalent.

    Graduates of Advanced Planners Course (APC), Advanced Technician Course (ATC), Traveler Safety Training Course, and Due Diligence Course are grandfathered in.

    Completion of the newest iteration of JCITA courses: FOSS, PAC, SSIC, ISAC, a replacement for the Traveler’s Safety training course.

    Graduate of the 'Special Activities' user certifying course.

    Active TS/SCI and CI Poly.

    10 years of 'Special Activities' or support experience, preferably with SOF, HUMINT, or strategic CI communities.

    Operational field travel experience, troubleshooting, and leading 'Special Activities' in live environments.

    CI (Counterintelligence Special Agent Course, Marine Air-Ground Task Force Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence Course, DoD Counterintelligence Agent Course (CISAC/MAGTF CI/HUMINT/DCAC) certifications and operational experience preferred.

    SERE High Risk/Full Spectrum certified Operational HUMINT experience, ideally in support of special operations or combatant commands.

    Ability to work independently as a Subject Matter Expert and contribute effectively to team objectives.

    Develop and maintain relationships with organizations across the Intelligence Community.

    Knowledge of the organizations and functions of the DoD, CI, and HUMINT community.

    Demonstrated analytic and critical thinking skills, including a superior ability to think strategically.
