    In support of Headquarters Space Force, Cornerstone is actively seeking a highly skilled Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) Intelligence Specialist / Information Operations Specialist (AFSC 1N0 / 1N4 career fields) to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in assisting the ISR Integration and Partnerships (S2) Division Chief with a range of tasks focused on ISR capabilities, ISR collection management doctrine and policy, as well as international partnerships. This position requires both analytical and administrative skills to support the mission objectives.

    Our ideal candidate for this role will be subject matter experts (SME) in Open-source intelligence (OSINT) and exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the current capabilities in intelligence collection methods. They will have a solid grasp of Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) domains. They will leverage this expertise to provide support to the S2 Division Chief in addressing ISR-related matters

    Furthermore, our sought-after candidates will demonstrate a proficient understanding of ISR system architecture development, encompassing the tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) process. They will also have familiarity with ISR data processing capabilities and maintain a contemporary grasp of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning tools that are utilized to support ISR data collection.

    A core aspect of their role will involve a deep understanding of ISR and sensor support within the context of the F2T2EA targeting cycle (Find, Fix, Track, Target, Engage, Assess) and Joint Fires Operations missions. In addition to their operational responsibilities, these candidates will actively participate in joint working groups. In this capacity, they will contribute their expertise to the development of innovative processes aimed at advancing ISR collection methods and support for Joint Warfighting objectives.

    Primary responsibilities / tasks will include:

    Assisting the ISR Integration and Partnerships (S2I) Division Chief in various tasks related to ISR capabilities, future plans, functional management, and partnerships with emphasis on current and future collection methods.

    Participating in INT Functional Management meetings related to Open-source intelligence (OSINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), and Human Intelligence (HUMINT), as well as ISR Collection, ISR capabilities and ISR Data Integration tasks related to IC and International partnership.

    Providing support for task and mission management of the division, including proficiency in business analytics to aid in decision-making processes. Leading the effective coordination of task and mission management within the division, specializing in organizing and prioritizing tasks for optimal decision-making. Proven proficiency in leveraging the Task Management Tool (TMT) and excelling in multitasking across dynamic projects.

    Candidates must possess the following qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree

    • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

    • Extensive experience in Intelligence Community.

    • Minimum of 7, ideally 12 years supporting the ISR community.

    • Capable of developing briefings and drafting concise reports for senior leaders.

    • Solid communication and presentation skills.

    • Experience building CRM packages.
