    Cornerstone is looking for multiple HUMINT targeting analysts, covering junior, mid and senior levels of experience to support the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI). The desired candidates will be highly motivated, capable of multi-tasking and have 5, 10 or 15 plus years of in the field experience. Analysts will be assigned to ONI with limited travel; however, they will support ONI’s global mission.

    Our HUMINT targeting analysts play a crucial role in supporting ONI's mission as a core component of the Navy's Information Warfare Community. This community aims to secure a decisive information advantage over potential adversaries by collecting, analyzing, and swiftly disseminating maritime intelligence. Our diverse workforce, comprising active duty, Reserve naval, and civilian professionals, contributes to combat operations and provides essential information for national defense planning against maritime threats globally.

    ONI's mission involves directing, managing, and executing HUMINT activities to prevent strategic surprises, ensuring a "decisive advantage" for warfighters, Navy senior leaders, and policymakers. This encompasses producing intelligence on naval weapons proliferation, technology, civil maritime counter-proliferation, counter-narcotics, global maritime trends, and other activities crucial to supporting the U.S. Navy, joint warfighters, and national decision-makers.

    Ideal candidates will have experience with Joint Personnel Recovery Agency (JPRA), with emphasis on repatriation of US personnel.

    The candidate will have the following skills:

    · Operational HUMINT experience, ideally in support of special operations or combatant command.

    · Ability to work as a Subject Matter Expert, independently operating on team objectives. on team objectives.

    · Develop and maintain relationships with organizations across the Intelligence Community.

    · Knowledge of the organizations and functions of the DoD, CI, and HUMINT community\

    · PR 240 - Personnel Recovery Debriefer’s Course

    · Graduate of Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) school

    · Counterintelligence Officers Course or Military Source Operations (MSO) Specialist

    · 2 years’ experience MSO Category II HUMINT

    · Demonstrated analytic and critical thinking skills, including superior ability to think strategically.

    · Strong knowledge of the intelligence community, specifically SIGINT, GEOINT, IMINT, cyber and social media.

    · Familiarity with targeting tools, such as HERCULES, ION, SPCROSSING, SAMPSON, PROTON, HERCULES, QLIX and Spinnaker
