Cornerstone Staffing Inc. has recently partnered with an amazing company. This client has been locally owned and operated for the last 30 years. Family owned business that has always focused on the employee. This client distributes grocery supplies, gourmet food and general merchandise to retail stores nationwide. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join their sales team at their distribution center location in LaVista, NE. Salary: $50,000-65,000 with Commissions, Bonuses and Incentives Job Summary: Sales Manager is the driving force of the sales division and efforts. 60% of this role will be managing a team of 5-6 sales representatives. 40% of this position is managing and building your own desk. This role will be the primary representation to the company. Sales calls with industry leaders and handle any specific challenges that need immediate attention. This industry is based on a "What have you done for me lately" mentality. This person needs to be willing to go above and beyond. So far as to help set up displays, deliver product same day to solve problems with logistics, and handle any other inquiries as the go-to problem solver in the industry. Provide clear coaching and manage the sales team to drive growth and success. This is a very team based environment and bringing sales associates on sales calls will help develop those around you. This is a servant role where you are serving your clients and serving your sales team. Key skills for Sales Manager: • Excellent Communication (verbal and written) • Great technology and computer skills • Sales experience • Organization and follow up • Desire to succeed, ambitious, self motivated • Knowledge of grocery industry a plus • Computer, Internet and social networking skills Work from our conveniently located LaVista Distribution Center location. Full Time 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Benefits for Sales Manager: • Health/Dental Insurance with employee contribution • 401K • Paid time off • Short term disability • Life insurance Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year depending on experience. Commission incentives where you get what you earn. Realistic expectations to $90K-$100K total annual earnings in first year. 100% in-office position.
