    Cornerstone Staffing is looking for a part time Billing coordinator for a service technology client located in Pleasanton, Ca. We are looking for a hardworking, organized, self-starter, computer savvy, project-driven Billing coordinator with great time management skills!!     This will start off as a part time role (~24 hrs per week), but could quickly grow into a permanent role for an excellent company.

    This candidate will be trained and working directly with our teams so they learn the different forms and portals needed for their tasks. This is a temporarily remote position, pending County guidelines for COVID. The office is located in Pleasanton if/when we can return to work. Must have the ability to work from home but we will provide a laptop and network access.

    Pay: $18-$22/hr

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • BILLING:

    • Assist billing admin with entering invoices in customer portals
    • Follow up on billing request via email or phone call
    • Track retention billing via a spreadsheet and follow-up
    • Other billing assisting as needed

    • SUBCONTRACTS AND OPERATIONAL ASSISTANCE:

    • Work directly with our contracts admin to learn how to issue a contract and PO to our subcontractors
    • Track subcontracts and billing and work with Project Managers to coordinate payment
    • Send customer surveys
    • Send intro emails for projects
    • Fill out warranty forms and transfer jobs to warranty
    • Other operational assistance as needed

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must be good with math and numbers
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, mainly Excel and Word
    • Highly motivated and a self-starter
    • Ability to collaborate with others
    • Must type at least 50 words per minute
    • Good with and understand basic computer functions
