At Cornerstones Autism Services we are currently seeking highly motivated behavioral therapists and registered behavior technicians to work children and teens with Autism. Our therapists use applied behavior analysis programming and techniques to teach new skills and change a child's life. Therapists work one on one with a client to improve communication skills, daily living skills, social skills and more.

    Cornerstones Autism services is a home based ABA company that is dedicated to providing high quality ABA services to children and adolescents in various settings such as in-home, school, camp, community other natural settings. Staff at Cornerstones utilize empirically validated treatment approaches to address core symptoms of autism and assist all children and families to reach their fullest potential.     Job Duties:

    Work one on one with a child or teen on identified specific goals

    Implement behavior intervention plan to reduce negative behaviors

    Implement skill acquisition programs to increase functional skills

    Collect data in real time using electronic device

    Provide documentation of case notes

    Collaborate with BCBA and participate in team meetings

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, ABA or a related field

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle

    Strong collaboration skills and willingness to work with other professionals

    Previous experience with children with autism
